• Roxana Musoi is a Managing Associate.
• She graduated the Law Faculty within the Bucharest University in 2001, and in 2003 obtained a Master Degree in Private Law. Roxana also graduated a MBA with City University Washington in 2006. Roxana is a member of Bucharest Bar and of the European Society for Banking and Financial Law.
• Acting as senior in-house counsel with several Romanian banks and in particular as Legal & Corporate Governance Manager within a reputable Romanian bank for the last three years, Roxana developed an extensive expertise in banking, financial and regulatory advice as well as commercial and corporate issues, being involved in the acquisition and post-acquisition process of the bank and its subsidiaries. Roxana acted as lead in-house counsel in important asset and project finance deals, syndicated lending, co-financing and refinancing projects, cross border transactions and work-out issues.
