- Magda Dima is a Partner of Vilau & Mitel.
- She graduated in 1999 and was admitted to the Bar in 2000. Magda is a member of International Trademark Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and ARDD – IDLO Alumni.
- Over the past ten years Magda has concentrated on commercial and civil disputes, including company law and shareholder disputes, real estates, employment, privatizations, civil and commercial contracts, joint ventures, bankruptcy and insolvency procedures, assets recovery, intellectual property, insurance, debts recovery, shipping, as well as criminal law. Recent coordination experience of Magda includes: the representation of Romanian and foreign companies, bank and corporations, both in front of pre-litigious negotiations and of Courts of Law and Arbitration Courts.
- Representative and successfully disputes of Magda includes assistance and representation of the well known foreign investors in insolvency proceedings related to the reorganization of a major Romanian oil refinery, assistance and representation of a relevant Romanian company - part of a large Austrian holding – in connection with the acquisition in bankruptcy procedure of the only factory in Romania to have produced synthetic rubber, assistance and representation of the major Romanian brokerage companies in a series of complex multi-million litigations and insolvency proceedings with the regulatory authorities and well known investment funds, arising from the significant financial transactions and which had a major financial and social impact in Romania.
