- Iuliana Dejescu is a Partner of Vilau & Mitel. She graduated in 2000 the University of Bucharest-Faculty of Law and was admitted to Bar in 2000. Iuliana is a member of International Trademark Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and ARDD – IDLO Alumni. Over the past nine years, Iuliana has concentrated on merger & acquisition, private equity, aviation & aerospace, real estate & constructions and energy, natural resources & utilities while working on a wide variety of projects and transactions on the Romanian market.
- Recent client representations include: Largest Israeli real estate developer, in connection with acquisition of lands and buildings in Romania to be used for residential/office/retail purposes (initial phase of the projects estimated at approx. 500 million EUR); Private equity projects in various fields, including hotels & leisure activities, telecom industry, consumer finance, mortgage credit and renewable energy; A major real estate company listed on AIM, London Stock Exchange, on its real estate projects in Romania; Multi-million EUR acquisition of lands in Bucharest by several Spanish real estate developers and investor groups.
