• Irina Mitrofan is a Senior Associate.
• She graduated from the Petre Andrei University of Iasi – Faculty of Law in 2001 and she was admitted in the Bucharest Bar in 2005. She holds a LL.M. degree in International Law with Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, followed by traineeship with ESL&Network Europe, Brussels, Belgium.
• Her practice focuses primarily on dispute resolution & litigation, in areas such contractual claims, construction, employment and corporate disputes.
