• Alexandru Popescu is an Associate.
• He graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University – Faculty of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2002. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Private Law with the Bucharest University of Law and a LL.M. degree in Business Law with “Titu Maiorescu” University. Furthermore, starting with December 2008 he is a member of Romanian National Union of Insolvency Practitioners
• His practice focuses primarily on corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions, reorganization and insolvency.
