• Ionut Lupsa is a Senior Associate, coordinating the Intellectual Property and Information Technology practice group.
• He graduated from the University of Bucharest - Faculty of Law in 1997, was admitted to the Bucharest Bar Association in 1998 and is a Trademark Attorney.
• Ionut developed over the last 11 years an extensive expertise while successfully representing international corporations in enforcing their trademarks and trade names, international banks in connection with the recovery of financings from Romanian companies and top Romanian automotive importers in connection with product liability, consumer protection and competition issues. His practice is focused mainly on IP, IT, e-commerce, dispute resolution and litigation, being involved in numerous cases before Romanian courts.
