- Madalina Paisa is a Partner at Vilau & Mitel. She graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and from University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne – College of Law for European Studies, and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2000. She is a member of International Trademark Association, of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, and of ARDD IDLO Alumni Association for the advocacy in changing the legal framework in matters of interest to the business climate. Her practice is concentrating on corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, banking & finance, PPP, PFI & Infrastructure, energy, natural resources & utilities and employment & pensions, advising over the last ten years international corporations and Romanian authorities on sound transactions on the Romanian market. She published numerous articles and was a speaker in various conferences on infrastructure, public procurement and employment.
